2.1 Custom Orders: Custom cage trolleys are made to your specifications. Ensure all details provided are correct before confirming your order.
2.2 Standard Products: Standard items are sold as described. Minor adjustments to specifications may occur for improvement.
2.3 Quotations: Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3.1 Currency: All prices are listed in AUD and exclude applicable taxes and delivery fees unless specified.
3.2 Payment Terms: A 50% deposit may be required for custom orders. Balance due before dispatch. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, or other approved forms.
4.1 Lead Time: Delivery times depend on product type and order size. Estimated timelines are provided but not guaranteed.
4.2 Delivery: Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery. We are not liable for delays by third-party couriers.
4.3 Freight Damage: Inspect all goods upon delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours with photos.
5.1 Warranty: Products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
5.2 Limitations: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
6.1 Custom Products: Non-refundable once production has started. Cancellations may incur charges.
6.2 Standard Products: Return within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense.
